At MRE's World, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the item was returned due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used food items (including MREs)
- Final sale or clearance products
- Custom or special-order items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Shipping Returns
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and instructions. You are responsible for paying the return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
